Terms of Service

Parrots4parties takes bookings over the telephone and also signed contract bookings based on the following mutual terms of understanding for every booking we make to reserve a day and time for an event and every service we provide:

Telephone bookings shall serve as a binding contract based on these terms herein to contrat a performance for any event up to $1000.00. Any event of $1000.00 or more will require our signed contract.

A telephone booking is considered confirmed when we are provided the event location address and date and time of the proposed event and enter this information into our sceduling calender. We don't consider an event confirmed until we have the address of the event entered into the calender.

The customer's name and address entered in the booking calender by K. Wise shall signify a confirmed booking for an event.

Confrimed event bookings which are cancelled are subject to a 20% cancellation fee if cancelations are made within four days of the event and a 50% cancellation fee if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the day of the scheduled event.

The crossed out name and address of the customer in the booking calender of K. Wise as entered by Kelley Wise shall confirm a cancellation and shall only be a valid confirmed cancelation when a cancellation confirmation number has been entered into the booking calender and the nmber is provided to the customer by K. Wise.

If a customer fails to cancel a booking and the entertainer appears at an event which was cancelled without notice, the sutomer is liable for the full amount of the booking, and agrees to pay this amount on demand.

Payment is due prior to the time the services are scheduled to conclude in the form of cash or personal check.

Returned checks are subject to a return fee of three times the amount by which the check writer agrees to abide and pay upon demand in such an event.

Shade must be provided for the parrots to be staged under.

A clear solid access path 33" wide minimum must be provided to the staging area.

The customer indemnifys and holds harmless K. Wise, Parrots4Parties, and North Beach Media and assigns from any clain suit or cause of action for any reason related to the actions or inaction of K. Wise, Parrots4Parties, North Beach Media and agrees to supervize children that are in the presense of the parrots and holding the parrots and also when holding any kind of sword.

The customer shall provide adequate security at the location to prevent access to the event by unauthorized persons and any type of theft of pilferage.

The customer shall be financially liable for any losses caused as a direct result of theft or pilferage that would occur to Kelley Wise and assigns at the event.

North Beach Media reserves the right to make substitutions of a comparable service if changes are required due to acts of force majuer which affect the operations of North Beach Media.

Secure Parking must be provided off the street if the area is a high traffic area or on the street if a low traffic suburb area adjacent to the location.

The Superior Court of Orange County, California shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, complaints, suits, causes of action or mediation any kind regarding and pertaining to K. Wise and Parrots4Parties, North Beach Media and its assigns.

Buyers and persons or entities making bookings by telephone are agreeing to these terms and all customers that provide name, address and phone number represent that they have read these terms and agree to be bound by these terms.
